When Can You Take LSL?
- ✓ After reaching full entitlement threshold (usually 10 years)
- ✓ By agreement with employer at pro-rata stage
- ✓ Upon resignation after qualifying period
- ✓ Upon termination or redundancy (pro-rata usually applies)
- ✓ Can take at half-pay to double the time off
