How to Measure Accurately
Waist
Measure at navel level, relaxed (don't suck in). Take measurement after exhaling normally.
Neck
Measure just below the Adam's apple (larynx). Keep the tape level and snug but not tight.
Hip (Women)
Measure at the widest point of your buttocks with feet together.
